tools and templates. You will use a hundred plus page manual of exercises and
models, a copy of Jack Phillip’s Return on Investment in Training and
Performance Measurement Programs, and Volume Two of Measuring
Return on Investment (part of the In Action series) to supplement your
learning and support learning transfer when back at the office.
