Ted Garnett, Six Sigma Black belt, PHR, CRP
(President)
Ted Garnett is an entrepreneur
with various business interests/experiences and is the founder of Performance
Resources Consulting LLC. A graduate of the University
of Northern Iowa, Ted holds a BA Degree in Business Administration: Human
Resources and Business Communications. He is the only consultant in the
world certified in all three of the following:
Return on Investment (CRP) through the ROI Institute,
Six Sigma Black Belt for Business Process Improvement through the Engineering
School at the University of Texas, and a Professional in
Human Resources by the National Society for Human Resources Management.
Ted also holds certifications in Employment Law and ERISA Benefits/COBRA
Administration.
Prior to founding PRC, Ted was employed in private industry in manager and executive HR/Operational positions. He was also a Manager
of the HR Consulting Practice for the 6th largest accounting and consulting firm
in the nation, McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. His background includes over a
decade of Organizational Development consulting and training with clients
ranging in size from very small companies to
Fortune 500 companies (John Deere, General Electric Capital Corporation).
Ted is an Adjunct Professor at Kirkwood Community College, on the online Faculty
for Villanova University/ROI Institute, and on several boards and community
