About Performance Resource Consulting
Performance resources is comprised of a Partner In Charge of consulting services, an Associate Consulting Partner, a Resource Planning Manager, a Board of Advisors, and a Consulting Coordinator.

Ted Garnett, PHR

Ted Garnett is the founder of PRC, a Human Resources and Business Process Improvement Consulting Firm based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Ted is also part owner and co-founder of a $10 million dollar commercial printing company in Cedar Rapids. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Ted holds a BA Degree in Business Administration: Human Resources and Business Communications. He is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the National Society for Human Resources Management. Ted also holds certifications in Employment Law and ERISA Benefits/COBRA Administration and in August 2001 will complete certification as a Blackbelt in Six Sigma Business Process Improvement through the Engineering School at the University of Texas.

Prior to founding PRC, Ted was employed in private industry in manager and executive HR positions. He was also a Manager of the HR Consulting Practice for the 6th largest accounting and consulting firm in the nation, McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. His background includes a decade of Human Resources consulting and training with clients ranging in size from very small companies to Fortune 500 companies (John Deere, General Electric Capital Corp.).

Ted's role as a business owner combined with his HR background bring an awareness of the strategic importance of HR, and the ability to translate these issues to the bottom line creating an approach well accepted by management decision makers. Ted brings to the table a refined expertise in organizational development/training (having trained thousands in a diverse client base), business process improvement and tracking, employee welfare benefits, and HR policy & legal issues. His Human Resources background in a high-turnover industry lends strength to his work in developing/delivering effective training modules, employee relations, organizing recruitment and retention strategies, and in the evaluation of organizational communication tools. Karen Wilson, Resource Planning Manager

Karen Wilson is the Resource Planning Manager for Performance Resources Consulting (PRC) based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After attending Iowa State University, Karen has 14 years in corporate planning/purchasing positions. Karen has experience in the corporate world working for small and fortune 500 companies. She also brings extensive experience with a non-profit organization. Karen is responsible for developing and planning client resources like the Facilitation & Problem Solving Toolbox© and for ensuring that client resources development at PRC is based on the leading results-oriented approach available.

Steve Lounsberry, Associate Consulting Partner

Steve Lounsberry is president of the G Group, a strategic business partner of PRC, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Steve holds a BA Degree in Business Administration and a MBA from the University of Iowa. He is certified as an Insurance Services/Products provider. His emphais is in bringing teams together with a results-focus on achieving strategic business performance objectives. Prior to founding the G Group, Steve was employed in Chief Operating Officer positions with major multi-million dollar Firms. His background includes 20 years of corporate strategic planning and turn-around experience. Steve provides consulting services in partnership with PRC at the Chief Operating Officer/Strategic Business Planning level. Steve is well respected for his ability to assist corporate leadership in attaining planning/future buiness goals.

Anna Randles, PRC Consulting Coordinator

Anna serves as the PRC consulting coordinator. Anna is working on her certification in Human Resources and provides human resources audit/compliance and training coordination and develops reports/client deliverables. Her emphais is in ensuring efficient client services that deliver value added ROI.
