  Harassment/Sensitivity/Diversity Training. Provides the foundation for supervisors or employees to have a strong education and awareness of the company's stance towards these issues and potential legal pitfalls they present personally, as well as for the organization.
Trainees will have the opportunity to identify their current awareness level and to identify/work on areas that they may not realize are potential problems for them. The tools delivered in this session are built around the core learning concept that "zero tolerance is the law" and how to balance that with a productive and fun/energetic work environment. The key focus will be emphasized that this is not just a "big company issue" or a "East/West Coast issue" but through specifically developed curriculum and a presentation of court case review and common scenarios we will establish the company’s commitment to the strict adherence of the regulations while giving supervisors tools for diffusing the negativity of enforcing the regulatory requirements.
